Suspected Pakistan-linked drone spotted again in J&K, third such case this week

A suspected incursion by a Pakistani drone was reported along the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district after aerial objects were sighted near Keso Mahansan village in the Ramgarh sector.Following the sighting, authorities placed the area on high alert and activated counter-drone measures.Separately, a drone-like object was observed hovering over Degwar village in Poonch for about ten minutes at around 7:30 pm. The Indian Army responded by firing a few rounds in an effort to bring it down. Security forces remain on heightened alert as officials await further information.This is the third reported instance in recent days of suspected cross-border drone activity in the region.
